Workloads
I owned design for Workloads, which turn container images into production-ready AI services and agents. I facilitated entity definition workshops, designed the API-to-UI flow, and paired live coding with usability testing for research.
Product designer with 13+ years of experience, the last six shaping the tools that build, evaluate and ship AI models and agents, through predictive, generative and now agentic AI.
Turning ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and shaping what gets built, from first idea to launch.
Information architecture, core layouts and UX patterns that keep large, complicated products coherent and easy to navigate.
Leading designers, shaping design's place in product delivery, and bringing product and engineering to shared decisions.

I shaped the journey for Application templates, starting points for AI apps, in the platform and beyond: code, READMEs, GitHub, IDEs. Refined with engineering and UX researcher over three testing rounds.
In 2022, this redesign of the large, highly complex platform aimed to take DataRobot from sales-led to self-service. Working closely with design and product leadership, I drove its design from day one: audit, JTBD, core flows, research and new architecture.
Since the platform redesign, I’ve owned its production side and the best-in-class Console dashboard. In the agentic era it matters even more: it’s mission control, where teams observe and evaluate their agents and models and fix problems fast.
I owned Model registry design from research to launch in 2023: one place to register, test, deploy and govern release-ready models. It’s now core to how customers take models to production.
One of my most memorable projects: a 2021 COVID-19 tracking app built on at-home tests and AI. I turned a highly ambiguous idea into clear flows and a design system. It won the ACT-IAC Innovation Award.
A fun personal project: seamless pumping and feeding tracking for a baby that meets young parents where they are, with Telegram and Siri. I vibe-code it all myself, from services and the bot to the frontend and CI/CD. Next challenge: adding computer vision.
Owned design for AI Core, managing three designers and working side by side with data scientists, ML engineers and developers to turn agentic and generative AI observability and governance into products people can read and act on. Led initiatives that brought AI builders onto the platform as a new user group, owning them end to end from research to launch. Created the core layout and UX approach for the redesigned platform, shaped design's role in the product delivery process, and served as interim lead of six designers and a UX researcher through a director transition.
Designed consumer products for a data-driven e-commerce company. Led redesigns through fast, data-led iterations, cutting bounce rate by up to 60% and raising time on page by 21%. Built an atomic design system, a conversational shopping assistant, and the brand and marketing assets around them.
Design studio and my first in-house role, the perfect place to learn the craft. Designed award-winning websites, platforms and landing pages, recognised by Awwwards, the FWA and CSS Design Awards, and created the studio's own brand, parts of which are still in use.
Web and print design, illustration and logos for a range of clients.
